Espzen Season 16 Division 9
Hi everybody,
We are entering the new season with a wonderful squad, mixed with experience,talent and passion. The team came a long way ever since it's opening 5 years ago. We've had our best season only this year,thanks to the maturity of the players and the immense commitment we put in. Now,our players are all geared up and ready to move on to the next level as one.
Last season, we had the passion and energy, that alone brought us victory. We didn't look into any kind of formations or tactics which could have made us best team in our league. Coming towards the end of the season, players and pioneers equally voiced out their frustrations for wanting change.
A change, a approach, a tactic, when we face teams, we are like soldiers facing war without weapons nor strategic plans, if we are more prepared and better eqiupped then we'll have a chance to rip our opponents down.
Same goes here, in football we need the same approach,preparation and tactics to bring our opponents down. We've talked to Coach about this issues. And,he have PROMISED us to guide the team with more care and concern.
Rotating players at the right moment, giving us a logical attack/defence plan, formations, using the flying subs promptly, understanding the players emotions, creating a bond within players and most importantly keeping the squad happy.
Now,we have the right team with so much talent and passion, Coach must utilise us in such a wonderful manner that we are going to get the Top Spot of the league.
We are in a stage, where we could either stay strong and move on to the next level, or become fragile and break down putting an ultimate end to all.
Only time can tell...
Looking forward to the new season with lots of changes for the Brave New Westlanders!
