Westlanders will be gearing up for our first pre-season match against Barclays Capital Football Club a Division 4 Sunday League Team.They have western-based players and have more experience in Espzen league.For more information you can click league information in helpful links.

We have to be prepared and take this chance to be match fit before the actual league starts.We must give our very best and see where we stand as team.

Westlanders manager Sam and a number of his senior players have confessed the manner of their team committment in the previous league still wrangles, with Coach admitting he would love another showdown with the new league with new challenges from his new set of young talented team.

It is up to the team loyals and newbies to make it up to Coach.

Another issue will be the time factor,several players are not taking the timing seriously.When Coach says 8am in the field,players take it as the so called 'Tamilan Timing'and come at 8.45am.

To avoid that,this week,all the players will be meeting at Jurong East Mrt Station at 7.30am sharp.Once we all meet,we'll leave to our destination.Please wake up early and don't make the whole team late.If you persist on coming late,than actions will be taken.This applies to the Westlanders Pioneers also.

All muslims in team and Ruban are out due to time off till the end of Hari Raya and before Nov respectively.

I(Sathya) am out for another week at least.
The rest who came previous training may be handed the starting booth.While,the absentees of previous training have no reason to skip again.Bring team fund $10 along.
