What to bring/wear: Track Shoes, Boots, Training Kit, Water Bottle and Team Fund
- Don’t be late.
- Keep track of your team fund balance from previous post.
- Last week's turnout was good and we don't expect attendance to be a burden anymore.
- Only Kumaran did not inform Coach about his absence;
- Inform Coach or reply to this post by wednesday night if you cannot turn up for training,don't sabotage the rest of the team.
